Builders Choice is always looking for dedicated individuals who want to build a career with us. We offer a wide range of opportunities across our Anchorage, Soldotna, and Wasilla locations, including roles in sales and estimating, materials handling, skilled labor in our truss manufacturing and door fabrication facilities, as well as CDL services that support deliveries throughout the state.

We seek energetic, motivated, and reliable team members who take pride in their work and are committed to quality, safety, and service. Our culture is grounded in honesty, integrity, transparency, and respect—values we share with our Iñupiaq shareholders and bring to the communities where we live and work
